I have a lot of great news to share lately. On March 1st I’m unveiling a new collection of images titled “Gerber Daisy.” They are the images I’ve featured here of little girls with flowers. Since I’m having a party to debut this collection I’m holding off on posting the final images. You’ll just have to wait!
Ah, there’s more. The collection just won the PPANI Best Album for 2009. Pretty cool. I’m so excited for the little girls and families involved. What a statement about how truly beautiful these children are. As a photographer we are only as good as our subjects. I can’t wait to post the final. It’s pretty amazing to be a part of.
For 3 months straight Daughter Eleanor would not stop talking about wanting a Purple Bike from Santa. Well, Santa delivered. Here’s a clip. Apparently the bike’s a little wobbly on carpet, we’ll see how it does on pavement. I’ll work on posting updates as I’m sure you’ll all be waiting! I wish all of you a happy, safe, and fruitful new year!

I have a whole bunch of images to post here and only SO much time! Today we had a little fun at the studio with Ellie. You’ll get the idea of the shoot. My Wife had the great concept of dragging the little one and dog out to the studio to play dress us. Probably not on the top of my list of Sunday activities! It was fun and we got out relatively unscathed. I’ve included a “gag” real to this of the out-takes just to prove that photographer’s kids don’t really behave for the camera either. Well, their dogs either. . . Enjoy! Here’s the final image we came up with:

We took Ellie out today for trick or treating. She had a blast! There are lots of crazy people in our neighborhood that make Halloween a sporting event. Naturally, it’s a hoot! Ha. I guess we can put up with a Princess once a year. . . . Franklin made a cameo in here as well. Enjoy!
